Be sure to order your college transcripts for this information.
job-related training courses and licenses, secret or top secret clearances, job-related skills (language, computers, tools, and
machinery )
job-related honors, awards, and accomplishments, as well as any memberships--professional or honors
all leadership activities and public speaking,
The SES resume must also be written so that your value as an executive is expressed. The law requires that the executive qualifications of each new appointee to the Senior Executive Service (SES) be certified by an independent Qualifications Review Board based on criteria established by the Office of Personnel Management.
At the core of the SES résumé, the evaluation and the final determinations are the ECQ's (The Executive Core Qualifications). (See V2W ECQ section).
